When Marshall University fans converge on Orlando on Nov. 3, they can gather at the Thunder in the Sunshine Tailgate party prior to the Thundering Herd's football game with the University of Central Florida.

The tailgate, co-sponsored by the Big Green Scholarship Foundation and the Marshall University Alumni Association, will begin at 1 p.m. at the Jay Bergman (baseball) Field which is adjacent to the new Bright House Stadium, where the Herd and the UCF Knights are scheduled for a 3:30 p.m. kickoff on that Saturday afternoon.

Cost of the tailgate is $20 per person, which includes a Sunny's Bar-B-Q catered meal of chicken and beef, plus baked beans, cole slaw and potato salad. All beverages (Pepsi products, lemonade, ice tea and beer) are included.
