Having worked at Marshall University for more than 30 years, Charlotte Hardin enters her ninth year as the athletic director's executive secretary in September. Hardin's duties include providing administrative support for the athletic director, chief of staff, and other department administrators. She also composes correspondence and coordinates personnel activities for the athletic department. Hardin serves as a liaison with the Department of Human Resources for all personnel actions.

A Mississippi native and 1969 graduate of Huntington Junior College, Charlotte has one son, David.
