Aliese Orndorff joined the Buck Harless Student Athlete Program as an Academic Counselor in February 2006, having previously been a graduate assistant in compliance and academic counseling for football while finishing her master's degree at Marshall. She is specifically responsible for baseball, men's and women's golf, men's and women's soccer, and softball.

A Huntington area native, she received both her B.A. in Physical Education, Sports Management and Marketing and her M.S. in Health and Physical Education, Athletic Administration from Marshall University.

She is married to Chris Orndorff and the couple resides in Huntington.
