Joe joined the Marshall Athletics staff in January 2008 as a Compliance GA as he works towards his Mater's Degree in Sports Administration. Prior to coming to Marshall Joe completed his B.S. in Sports Management from the State University of New York College at Cortland in December 2007. While completing his B.S., Joe interned with the University at Albany Athletics in their Marketing and Tickets office. Joe also served as a marketing intern for the Amsterdam Mohawks, a team in the New York Collegiate Baseball League in the summer of 2007.
