Men's Cross Country Team Competes in Pre-MAC Tournament

Kent, OH - The men's cross country squad finished in sixth place Friday when they competed in the Kent Pre-MAC Invitational. There were seven MAC teams competeing.

Casey Batey came in 11th place for the Herd with a time of 25:41. Other Marshall finishers were:19-James Kneeland 26:00, 29-Kevin Batey 26:28, 30-James Kramer, 37-Brandon Doddridge 27:13, 46-Brad Carter 27:48, 48-Jacob Porter 27:57, 53-John Dice 28:55, 55-Julian Whiteman 29:21, 56- Jason Redman 29:32.

The teams next meet will be October 2, when they run in Chicago, IL, at the Lakefront Invitaitonal.
