El Paso, Texas - The Marshall Cross Country team will run in the Conference USA Championships Saturday in El Paso, Texas. The event will be hosted by UTEP at the Santa Teresa Country Club Spanish Dagger course.

Senior Travis Epling (Point Pleasant, W.Va.) has led the men's team in three out of the four meets this season with his top finish coming at the Furman Invitational. Epling finished in 11th place with a time of 26:48.

On the women's side, freshman Darby Mullens (Pecks Mill, W.Va.) has been the team's top finisher in the last two meets this season. Mullens best finish came two weeks ago at the Furman Invitational finishing 36th place.

The men's 8k race will begin at 10:30 a.m. MT with the women's 5k starting at 11:30 a.m. MT.
