Marshall University 2009 signee RL Eisenbach was recently named a 2008 Junior College All-American.

Eisenbach, a 6-foot-1-inch, 190-pound prospect from Newark, Ohio, joins the Thundering Herd from Grayson County Junior College and will add depth to the Marshall pitching staff next season.

The southpaw finished the season with a 9-0 record and a 3.48 ERA (both team-bests) in 15 appearances, and also earned a pair of saves. He struck out 61 batters in 62 innings pitched and gave up a team low 24 earned runs to help lead Grayson County to a 39-15 overall record.
