Snyder To Kickoff 2005 Big Green & N.E.T. Derby Day Golf Tournament

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. -- Marshall University head football coach Mark Snyder will visit Parkersburg on Saturday, May 7th, to greet participants in the 2005 Big Green & N.E.T. Derby Day Golf Tournament at the Worthington Golf Club.

The shotgun start tournament begins at 8 a.m. and Snyder will address the players before they tee off and then visit with each foursome during the early portion of the tournament. Entry fee for the 4-man scramble, blind draw tournament is $50 per person.

Besides Coach Snyder, other Thundering Herd coaches and athletic department administrators will be at the tournament.

All proceeds from the tournament will go to the Big Green Scholarship Foundation, Inc. of Marshall University.
