Men's Golf Releases 2008 Fall Schedule

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. - Marshall University men's golf coach Joe Feaganes announced today the Thundering Herd's 2008 fall schedule, which begins on August 31 at Penn State's Rutherford Intercollegiate. Marshall will play in four events in the fall, commencing with PSU's three-day event at Nemacolin Woodlands Resort from Aug. 31-Sept. 2 in Farmington, Pa. The Herd will have nearly three weeks off before its next event, the Adams Cup, in Newport, R.I., from Sept. 22-23. Feaganes, who will coach in his 37th season at MU in 2008-09, will take his squad to Louisville, Ky., for the Cardinal Intercollegiate (Sept. 29-30) before closing out the fall schedule in Cincinnati, Ohio, at the Xavier Invitational (Oct. 13-14). The Herd's 2009 spring schedule will be released at a later date.
