Women's Hoops Set For Pitt Thanksgiving Tournament

The Marshall University women's basketball team will take to the court this weekend, traveling to the Pittsburgh Thanksgiving Tournament on Friday and Saturday.

Ohio U. Tops Marshall Women's Basketball, 63-48

Tynikki Crook dropped in 18 points , however, Ohio University sank 11 three-pointers on its way to an 63-48 win over the Thundering Herd women's basketball team Tuesday evening at the Convo.

Herd Travels To Face Ohio U. Tuesday Evening

Following its first win of the season, the Thundering Herd women's basketball team will return to action Tuesday evening, traveling to Athens, Ohio to face off against Ohio University at 7 p.m. at the Convocation Center.

Herd Women Top Kent State, 57-50, For First Win Of 2009

Junior Tynikki Crook scored 13 points to go along with seven rebounds as the Thundering Herd women's basketball team notched its first win of the season, taking down Kent State by a 57-50 margin Saturday afternoon at the Cam Henderson Center.
