She spent one year on the golf team at NMSU, after transferring from McMurry University where she was a two-year letter winner in golf and a member of McMurry’s first-ever women’s golf team.

“I am extremely happy to have Meredith involved in our program,” said Feaganes. “I feel that her professional experience and golf background will be a tremendous edition to our golf program.”

Knight, will be involved in every aspect of both Marshall’s men’s and women’s golf programs, ranging from scheduling to day to day operations. Marshall will begin competition in women’s golf next year, with Feaganes and Knight working with both squads.

“Women’s golf at Marshall is going to be a big positive for Marshall,” said Knight. “With all that Joe has been able to do with the Marshall golf program and everything that we have in place, I do not think it is going to take us very long to field a competitive team that we can all be proud of.”
