Prior to Marshall:
Played for Alderson-Broaddus a Division II school located in Philippi, W.Va...named WVIAC Pitcher of the Week...had a 1.69 ERA in conference and finished with a 12-3 record...team finished with a 17-6 conference record and a fourth place finish...also plays for the River City Rapids and were World Series Super Elite at Disney World.

High School:
Played for Cabell Midland High School for head coach Jeanne Lunsford...guided her team to the state championship in 2005...three-year member of the all-state team starting her sophomore year.

Born Virginia Ann Campbell, Nov. 21, 1986...parents Robert and Annette Campbell...father is an accountant and played football at Marshall...three sisters, Anna (9), Sarah (26) and Allison (28).
