HOUSTON, TEXAS - The Marshall University's women's tennis team (15-8) will face the No. 7 seed UCF (12-8) at 3:30 p.m. CT in the quarterfinals at the John E. Hoff Courts at the University of Houston. The delay was due to rain in the Houston area.

For the second time in three years, the Herd (50th) will play as the No. 2 seed in the championship.
